Wine To Water is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors and developed this policy to provide clarity and ensure the confidence of our donors.

We collect and maintain the following types of donor information to complete a transaction, communicate with you, and update you on organizational related affairs:
 

• Contact information: name, organization, complete address, phone number, email address; and opt in requests to receive organizational updates and requests: e.g., donor stewardship and fundraising events, stories, newsletters, and appeals.

We provide you with the opportunity to remove your name from our mailing list. While we want to keep you updated on the impact of your donation, we never want to send unwanted mail or emails to our donors. Please contact us if you want to be removed from our physical or email lists.

Wine To Water will never give, sell, rent, or lease your personal information to other organizations/entities. We also do not store credit card or payment information of our donors.

We promise you that the identity of all our donors will be kept confidential. Outside of our own internal management practices and any mutually agreed upon private and public donor acknowledgements, donor data is kept strictly confidential.
